The company is located in Aalsmeer, in The Netherlands, and is part of the company: Coin meester BV. More than 200 different cryptocurrencies
Bitladon offers, as of the update on May 5th 2018, almost all cryptocurrencies which are in the top 100 of Coinmarketcap. The offer has now grown to more than 200 different coins, most of which are not yet offered by any other brokers. The offer changes so quickly that we are unable to change the Bitladon review every time. For the current offer, please visit the following website: https://www.bitladon.com/coins
Bitladon makes it possible to trade almost all coins in one place so that it is no longer necessary to switch between different platforms. The system works pretty fine and it is immediately clear which actions need to be performed. It is clear that this company doesn’t limit to only simply buying and selling of coins. They update their platform multiple times a year with new features, like:
- Exchange any coin for any coin
- Adding advanced orders, like limit orders and stop-losses
- Earning interest over your stable coins
Deposit euros with easy payment methods
To buy cryptocurrency you must first deposit euros. This can be done by making a payment with iDEAL, Bancontact, GiroPay, SOFORT, EPS or by Bank Transfer (2 working days processing time). The minimum deposit amount is € 10. This allows you to start buying cryptocurrency with a relatively small investment.
When the deposit is completed you can spend your euro credit in the platform. If you already have some cryptocurrency, you can send them to your Bitladon wallet and exchange them for another crypto or sell it for euros. You can see your total amount under Wallet value.
How to buy cryptocurrency from Bitladon?
If your euros have been added to your account or if you have transferred your cryptocurrency to Bitladon, you can buy a coin of your choice. By clicking on Buy behind a coin you can determine what amount you buy from this coin. If you have deposited cryptocurrency yourself, you must first sell it for euros before you can buy a new coin.
If your credit is sufficient and you have made a choice, you can confirm your purchase by clicking on Buy. The new coins are added directly to your wallet. You can decide whether you let the coins stay in your Bitladon wallet or you send them to wallet under your own control. We recommend that you always send your coins to a wallet that you control yourself. A fee is charged for sending coins off the portal.

Selling cryptocurrency at Bitladon
Selling cryptocurrency is almost the same as buying, but exactly the other way around. To sell crypto coins you must have a coin that is offered by Bitladon. If your coins are in the portal itself, you can be sure that the company supports your coins. If you send it from a wallet from a third party, you have to double-check whether the coin is offered by Bitladon.
To sell coins, click on Sell in the overview behind the coin you want to sell. Then select the Sell tab in the widget. You don’t have to sell everything at once, and it’s possible to sell just a little bit. After clicking the Sell button the credit in euros will be added to your account. You can decide for yourself whether you want to buy another currency or whether you want this to be paid out into your bank account. In order to have it paid out into your bank account, you must verify your bank account. You’ll be able to read more about this in the next paragraph.
Bitladon has a unique function where you can immediately exchange a currency against another currency. For example, you want to exchange your VeChain for Stellar. At other brokers and exchanges you will have to sell VeChain for euro or Bitcoin first (and pay a fee). After this you can buy Stellar (and pay again a fee). At Bitladon this is not needed and you can exchange VeChain for Stellar directly. You only pay 50% of the fee and you’ll save money on this trade.
Verifications and limits
Bitladon.com must also comply with the Dutch laws and regulations and they must know exactly who is trading on the platform. This only applies from an amount of € 100 per week or if you want to withdraw money to your bank account. If you only want to buy € 100 of cryptocurrency every week, you don’t have to get verified. Only an email address is sufficient.
By performing a bank account verification you can increase the limit to € 1.500 per week and you can withdraw euros to your bank account. This verification is only necessary so that Bitladon knows who you are and that you are definitely not using any criminal money. The verification is less than 30 seconds of work and is done by an payment of € 0,10. Your bank account will be immediately verified when you deposit money.
If you want to trade more, you can increase the limit to € 100.000 by sending a copy of your ID. This verification is not mandatory and is only necessary if you want to increase the limit. Bitladon checks the ID and increases the limit if everything is good. If you want to spend more, you have to contact them.

Bitladon fees, costs and prices
Creating an account is 100% free and you only need to provide an email address. Bitladon uses a variable fee which depends on the supply, demand, liquidity and volume of the different coins and exchange where they traded at. We compared the current market price (source: CoinMarketCap) with the price charged by this company:
Coin | Market Price | Bitladon Price | Fee |
---|---|---|---|
Bitcoin (BTC) | € 8 406,05 | € 8 497,65 | 1.1 % |
Ethereum (ETH) | € 710,09 | € 739.09 | 3.9 % |
Litecoin (LTC) | € 183.72 | € 186.32 | 1.4 % |
The revenue model of a broker are service fees. The fees that are charged are certainly not the cheapest that can be found. Keep in mind that this is just a snapshot and the fee can be different at any time of the day. Always do your own research on which broker is cheapest when you want to buy crypto. You will find an overview of all brokers and exchanges here.
A fixed fee will be charged for sending your coins to an external wallet. This is different for every currency and you can find the fee in your portal. This fee is used to send your transactions.
