BlackRock labels Bitcoin “progress” in newest ad

BlackRock, the largest investment fund in the world, raised more than 6 billion for its first Bitcoin Exchange Traded Fund in the first month after launch. So a great success. It seems that Larry Fink’s team realizes that it is the market leader in Bitcoin ETFs and so the time has come to start a new advertising campaign in the United States.
Once again, it seems quite ‘boring’ to us, but we are sure that this will also pump several new billions of investment dollars into Bitcoin. These guys clearly know what they’re doing
Boring, boring, boring
Crypto and Bitcoin have long been regarded as outsiders in the world of finance. But ever since companies like Blackrock and Van Eck started offering Bitcoin ETFs, some adjustments had to be made of course.
The advertisements of such Wall Street companies mainly focus on the Boomer generation. They released their first video on social media in mid-January and the reaction from the crypto world was mainly ‘boring’. Boomers responded quite well though and invested billions into BlackRock’s Bitcoin fund.
Only one month later and we’re already introduced to the second advertising campaign. This time round BlackRock claims you should join their Bitcoin fund to be ‘part of the progress’.
New $IBIT ad just dropped. IMO simple, modern, effective. In sweet spot bt boring legacy fund co ad and “hey fellow kids” type stuff. Strong advisor-friendly vibes. BlackRock on brink of pulling away as the category liquidity king, going for kill w more ads makes sense. https://t.co/V8VVgB2G8d

IBIT, Blackrock’s Bitcoin fund, is up 11% year to date since the launch.
