Charles Hoskinson, founder of popular crypto coin Cardano and CEO of Input Output HongKong, encouraged imprisoned antivirus mogul John McAfee to keep tweeting. The latter is in a Spanish prison awaiting extradition to the US where he is wanted for tax evasion.

Both McAfee and Hoskinson share the same political viewpoint as they’re both fans of the current US president, Donald Trump. On the other hand, no one has issued a warrant for arrest against Charles Hoskinson thus far.

McAfee was arrested for tax evasion and for hyping interest in several cryptocoins during the ICO bull run of the beginning of 2018. In return for promoting several unknown coins, McAfee was, according to the indictment, paid

Bitcoin (BTC) and ether (ETH) worth more than $11.6 million, plus an additional $11.5 million worth of promoted tokens, as undisclosed compensation for his promotions of seven ICOs.

Cellmate

To great amusement of Charles, John McAfee had tweeted:

My Muslim cell mate insists he will only marry a virgin. He will die a bachelor I fear.

McAfee was strangely enough able to keep his smartphone whilst locked up in Spain and has been tweeting like a maniac in the past few days.

He’s been writing several beauties, to great amusement of his 1 million followers on social media. Just last week, he went:

The graffiti in my cell is excellent. All in Spanish. On says ‘f*ck the world’. Beneath it, inside a heart, is ‘Marcos + Jose’. Next to that is ‘I will kill Javier when I get out’.

John McAfee then finishes it off with asking his fans to “please inform Javier“.
