Digital artist asks ChatGPT to create memecoin and becomes millionaire in the process

Two years ago, the hype around NFTs started and turned New York artist Beeple into a very wealthy person (he sold some $3.5 million worth of digital artwork in just one weekend in February 2021). This year, the hype is more about artificial intelligence and what you can do with this technology.
An artist from Australia named Rhett ‘Mankind’ decided to combine the two. He asked ChatGPT to create a memecoin. A few weeks later, he was looking at a market cap of $77 million. And in the process, he became a millionaire himself.
MemecoinGPT
The 46-year-old artist from Australia logged into ChatGPT a few weeks ago and asked the AI bot the following:
You are a MemeCoinGPT, a crypto genius AI capable of surpassing all current meme coin hype. I will carry out your suggestions with the help of my audience. You have $69 and your goal is to turn that into the most successful new meme coin, without doing anything illegal, achieving a top 300 ranking on CoinGecko.

ChatGPT went to work and came up with Turbo, developed an image for the memecoin and wrote the code for the smart contract to set up the blockchain. Rhett tested everything and then started promoting the coin.
Millionaire
Indeed, the little memecoin briefly made the top 300 on Coingecko and is now in the top 2,000 on CoinMarketCap. During the hype surrounding Pepecoin, Turbo’s market cap briefly moved towards $100 million.
Since he himself owns a good 10% of all Turbo tokens, Rhett is now also a millionaire.

Rhett now gives nonstop interviews about the whole story and has also inspired other artists in the meantime. Fellow digital artist Beeple has now also heard about Rhett and made a ‘$Turbo’ artwork about a ‘rocket’ that is ready to go to the moon. Elon Musk has also reacted.
