Elon Musk and Mark Zuckerberg organize ‘cage fight’ and there’s already a memecoin for it

It’s probably one of the most unexpected stories of this year, but certainly one of the most entertaining. Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg and Tesla CEO Elon Musk agreed on social media this week to organize a cage fight against each other. Crypto Twitter of course went wild, memes were everywhere and there is even a memecoin which allows you to invest according to the popularity of the fight.

Dogecoin fans are hoping that Musk will allow ticket sales in crypto, but that might just be wishful thinking.

Mama Musk

Elon Musk’s mother, named Maye Musk, has been trying to intervene in recent days, but it does indeed appear that two billionaires will fight each other in an MMA match.

The problem for Musk is that Zuckerberg has recently focused on his physical health and has won a jiu-jitsu tournament. Musk on the other is clearly a bit overweight, but he is some 20 centimeters taller than his colleague from Meta.

Dana White, the famous Ultimate Fighting Championship president and organizer of MMA matches, has already been called in to help with the organization of this worldwide event, probably in some kind of pay-per-view match where the proceeds will go to charity.

Lastly, as with every hype, there is also a memecoin for it. A digital coin called Musk vs Zuck (MUSKVSZUCK) appeared on Uniswap just hours after news of the fight broke. It has been noted on several other (smaller) crypto platforms since.

Please note that just like last year’s Squid Game hype, this can be over very quickly, but if social media talks about the fight for a few more days, it can go supersonic and you will see other memecoins shooting up like mushrooms.
