Five Bitcoin price predictions for 2024 from Wall Street experts
Last Updated on 7 January 2024 by CryptoTips.eu
In future years, we’ll say that 2023 was the year during which Bitcoin showed a very nice rebound, during which crypto as a whole made a comeback after a miserable 2022, during which FTX founder and CEO Sam Bankman-Fried was convicted and lastly, during which Binance was fined billions of dollars by the US.
2024 started with nice growth for Bitcoin, then a flash crash and now consolidation while just about everyone seems to be waiting for the approval of an ETF (exchange traded fund) for the largest digital currency. With another halving predicted to happen in April of this year, expectations are very bullish. Here are 5 Bitcoin price predictions from well-known financial giants.
Mobius Capital Partners – $60,000
Mark Mobius is a Wall Street legend who has been investing in emerging economies for more than 50 years. His company is called Mobius Capital Partners and anyone in the United States looking for information about what to do in China, Indonesia and India can contact him for information. According to the Financial Times, Mobius will finally retire this year at the age of 87.
When asked for a price prediction for Bitcoin by the end of 2024, Mark thought a price of $60,000 is easily achievable given the growing interest in crypto and the ETF approval he also expects to happen.
Robert Kiyosaki – $120,000
The book ‘Rich Dad, Poor Dad’ by Robert Kiyosaki has been a bestseller on financial book lists for years. It explains the different habits of rich and poor people from the point of view of children. Sales figures vary, but Kiyosaki is believed to have sold between 32 million and 40 million books.
He is a big fan of Bitcoin and thinks that because of the declining power of the US dollar and the rise of the emerging economies of the BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa), there will be a lot of interest in Bitcoin this year. He expects to see a price tag of $120,000 by the end of the year.
Standard Chartered – $100,000
This international bank maintains its headquarters in London but is mostly active internationally. Already in the summer of last year, Standard Chartered said in a press release that they were very bullish on Bitcoin. They expect to see a price point of $100,000 before the end of 2024. The reason for this positive prediction is the growing interest in Bitcoin and an ETF approval in the United States
Skybridge Capital – $330,000
Athony Scaramucci was a commentator on Fox Business when former President Donald Trump started noticing him in 2020 and offered him a job as a press secretary. The two didn’t really get along though and Trump fired him after only ten days.
During the following months, he commented on Trump and his economic plans on various American television channels. Scaramucci’s name became very well known on Wall Street and investors were eager to offer him money. He founded the investment fund SkyBridge Capital that often touts digital currencies and the companies surrounding them.
By the end of 2024, Anthony predicts a Bitcoin price of $330,000 due to growing interest from Wall Street.
Microstrategy – $500,000
The biggest Bitcoin Bull is of course Michael Saylor, former CEO of MicroStrategy. He sees two major catalysts in 2024: first, the approval of a Bitcoin ETF and second, the next Bitcoin halving that he believes will reduce selling pressure simply because Bitcoin miners will sell less Bitcoin. The next halving will take place in April 2024.
Saylor predicted that Bitcoin would reach at least $500,000 in the next decade. Recently, he told CNBC: “If Bitcoin doesn’t go to zero, it’s going to $1 million.”
