Major new crypto analyst predicts timing next Bitcoin top
Last Updated on 13 September 2023 by CryptoTips.eu
Rektcapital is an anonymous crypto analyst who is gaining fame. While he only rang a bell with hardcore crypto fans in 2021, he was discovered in 2022, so to speak.
Meanwhile, he is extensively cited in media publications such as Cointelegraph, Forbes, HackerNoon, the Startup and Yahoo Finance. His Rekt Capital Newsletter, which is available for a fee on Substack, is currently considered one of the top five technical analysis of digital currencies that is available.
2024 halving
Just before the end of the year, Rektcapital released an analysis and long-term forecast for the largest digital currency, Bitcoin.
According to him, Satoshi Nakamoto’s invention moves in a 4-year cycle, and we can time it by the ‘halving‘, the recurring technical event that ensures that the reward for miners is halved each time and therefore it becomes increasingly difficult to mine Bitcoin.

Historically, #BTC's price action has formed Four Year Cycles
Each candle represents a year
Candle 1 sees $BTC reach its Bull Market Peak
Candle 2 is where #Bitcoin is in a Bear Market
Candle 3 is where BTC bottoms out
Candle 4 is where BTC recovers & begins a new trend pic.twitter.com/o8Jo56tXyX

In other words, according to that logic, we can expect the bottom at the beginning of 2023 and the reversal around halfway through 2023. RektCapital further says that a new all-time high will come in 2024 at the earliest and 2025 at the latest. Also, only one catalyst is needed to get Bitcoin back on the growth path, he claims.
We’ll know in a few months if he was right. In any case, an analyst to keep an eye on.
