New parabolic Moo Deng memecoin becomes world news
Last Updated on 29 September 2024 by CryptoTips.eu
Bitcoin is having an excellent month of September (so far) and unless we were to see a very spectacular crash in the next 24 hours, the largest cryptocurrency is likely to end the month with one of its best results ever.
However, when looking at the many memecoins on sites like CoinMarketCap, those gains pale in comparison. Pepe, Dogwifhat and Shiba Inu rose more than 20% in the past month.
Yet this result also pales in comparison to the parabolic result of ‘Moo Deng’, the cryptocoin with the image of the September internet sensation of the same name, a pygmy hippopotamus from Thailand that is now world news everywhere.
Thailand
About two and a half months ago, a pygmy hippopotamus named Moo Deng was born in a zoo in Thailand. Nothing exceptional of course, if it weren’t for the fact that the zoo has a very good marketing director.
Crazy buying of #MOODENG!

He posted photos and some videos of the animal on Instagram and it immediately went viral in Asia and the Americas. In times of war (in Ukraine and the Middle East) and poor Asian stock market results (at least at the beginning of the month), such a story is of course the ideal distraction.
Tens of thousands of Asians now visit the zoo every day and the name is a true internet sensation.
Moo Deng is world news and her own memecoin has also been created. That coin has also become a huge success because those who entered just last week made a profit of around 500%. On Friday, the parabolic memecoin got its own article on CNN, one of the largest news platforms in the world.
As always, be careful with memecoins because they can be very volatile of course. A crash will always happen.
Earlier this year, memecoins such as Dogwifhat, Shiba Inu and Bonk achieved gains of more than 50 and even 100 percent per day when Bitcoin performed well in the months of February and March. During the summer, however, most crashed. This time, many of them are back in the news, and they have a new colleague called Moo Deng.
