Twitter shows live Bitcoin and Ethereum charts, no news on Dogecoin

Even though Tesla CEO Elon Musk announced that he will be stepping down as head of Twitter once someone “crazy enough” to do the job is found, the social media platform continues to innovate and increase its presence almost daily as to number of users. One of the latest innovations is the support for live prices of Bitcoin and Ethereum. However, there is no news about Elon’s favorite, Dogecoin.

Cashtags

Musk already introduced paying for blue checks, at $8 a month, and got rid of most of the bots. Even if he is criticized for his working methods (Musk laid off a large part of the staff and demands long hours and unbridled effort from those who still have a job), he still continues to roll out the novelties.

Since yesterday there are also Cashtags, where you can put a dollar sign in front of the abbreviation of many stocks and investments and you immediately get the data chart, in real time.

For digital coins, research is currently limited to Bitcoin and Ethereum and crypto Twitter immediately noted that there was no chart for Dogecoin, normally Elon’s favorite digital currency.

Innovation

This is yet another sign on the wall that Musk recognizes that there is a future for crypto coins and that he thinks it is important to make their prices known to the world.

The fact that Binance lent hundreds of millions to Musk to finance the acquisition of Twitter has resulted in a first (albeit small) innovation.
